    心得交流站 : 花菇要用清水浸过夜至软,炖出来的花菇更香滑。

    Step 1

    将花菇榨去水份,加入糖2茶匙,生粉1/2大匙腌15分钟后,放入已煮滚的调味料A煮片刻,倒入炖 盅,隔水炖2 1/2小时备用。Squeeze out water in mushroom marinate with 2tsp sugar 1/2tbsp corn flour for 15 minutes; and then put in to boiled with seasoning A for a short while; shift to stewing pot and stew for 2 1/2 hours.

    Step 2

    材料B飞水备用。Blanch all ingredients B.

    Step 3

    用适量油爆香姜片,加入调味料B煮滚,加入材料B煮片刻,再加炖冬菇焖片刻勾芡即可。Sauté ginger with some oil until fragrant, add in seasoning B. once boiled, add in ingredients B and cook briskly; toss in stewed mushroom and thicken with starch.

    Step 4

    上碟,排土小白菜即成。Arrange in plate and garnish with vegetable.
